Reyes thought Toya was walking toward him to return to her room with Butler.

The feeling of injury did not last long before it was dispelled by her question.

He probed, “Isn’t your room on the first floor?”

“It’s on the second floor. From what the housekeeper said, it’s next door to your room.”
