Reyes looked grim as he got out of the car.

Toya didn’t care about his condition and went to class.

Instead of heading toward the school building, he walked to a quiet place and made a call.

The person on the other end of the phone did not make him wait and answered almost immediately.

“Master, are you looking for me?”

The familiar opening was careful ingratiating.

Reyes’s words were still concise and bossy. “Investigate the Madison family. Send the info to me in thirty minutes.”

The person on the other side did not ask why and immediately answered, “I promise to complete the task!”

Reyes knew of the Madison family.

Before last night, he had always thought that Toya was a member of the Madison family.

The family was in the arms business, and many people involved were dangerous and mysterious. Even though he had confirmed his feelings for Toya, he had never dared to act rashly because of her family name.
