Jill-sensei also seemed to be troubled.

In this tournament, everyone was told to fight with “Fight”. “All”, which emits full power, has an unmatched amount of mana, so you can’t cheat or deceive with it.

After confirming Cepharis’ “All”, Jill-sensei placed her hand on her chin as if thinking.

“Then hold up your shield with both hands. You don’t need to use the sword, so you can throw it away. It hurts that you haven’t mastered “Armor” or “Collection”, but it’s okay.”

“Equipment” is the technique of covering weapons and armor with mana. Sharpness and strength would be greatly improved. And “Gather” is a technique that collects mana in one place. If a skilled person uses these two together, the branch of a tree will be harder than an iron bar.

“Tremina-san, hit this part with your sword. Never remove it.”

Jill-sensei pointed to the central part of the shield, where the iron was pasted. Our shields were also made of wood, and only the center had steel plate reinforcement.

The impact sent Cepharis flying. Jill-sensei, who had been waiting, caught her firmly.

…It was no longer a game or anything.

But one thing was certain. My classmates would never spar with me again. Even if they defend with all their might, their shield will just shatter to pieces.
