Firstly, all capsules for connecting to virtual reality must have a nutrition supply equipped, and once the device runs out of nutritional supplement, the user will be disconnected from the virtual reality. 

The regulation that was most needed and evoked strong opposition at the same time was limiting the sensation of virtual reality. The introduction of virtual reality that manipulates brain waves realized five senses in virtual reality, and it could provide sensations that were more real than the reality. 

But numerous studies and evidence proved that excessive stimulation could result in death or be very addictive like drugs, so it has become mandatory for various sensations to be limited to a certain point.
