Kir came and stared at me at first. And now, with my arms crossed, I was lost in my own thoughts. Puberty came, but I couldn’t understand Kir’s behavior even more. Well, at some point I could understand his concept. It should become easier to read him as he gets older, but Kir became even more unknown.

Kir’s hand came up and pinched my cheek softly. If I wanted to reduce my attention to him even a little bit, he complained like this. I was sincere enough to sit back and ask another question!

“I asked you politely? You sat down!”

“You……fine.”

Kir got angry again and tried to say something, but swallowed his words. He then let go of my pinched cheek and slowly swept it. Why are my cheeks so chubby? It makes people want to touch it. I feel regret and sorry for what Kir just did with his raging temper.

Apparently, Kir’s mood wasn’t very good right now. He came to see me not because of me, but because he was in a bad mood at the Grand Duke’s residence. And I knew that he had just wanted to vent his anger.

Even if Kir doesn’t speak as frankly as he used to, I know that if he has a problem, he would visit me like this, so I put up with nagging him. What he needs right now was comfort, so I grab Kir’s other hand, which wasn’t stroking my cheek, and open his palm. The white hands were now full of calluses from training.

It reminded me of the young Kir who practiced hard even when he was tired and crying. Knowing that it was a sign of hardship, I patted the top of his palm with my hand, saying that he was great.

“Did you have a hard time?”

Kir was selfish to others, but he himself was delicate, so I still had to take care of him this way.

“No.”

I knew that negative words would surely come out. So, I smiled a little, and grabbed his palm. I could see he gripped my hand tightly. Unlike Kir’s big hands, mine were really small.

“It hurts if you squeeze that hard.”

Only then did Kir’s hand reduce some strength. And again, he slowly rubbed my fingers. That strangely itchy movement was again to replace an apology.

I haven’t heard an apology from Kir since my fainting incident. No matter how much I tried to persuade Kir, the most difficult thing for him to say was an apology. It was really hard to fix. What more should I teach to change him?

Come to think of it, if I go to study abroad, I won’t have to take care of Kir. I need to talk to Kir about studying abroad.

Kir’s hand brushed my cheek a few more times, and after stroking my hair, it went away. And he smiled lightly.

“Nothing. It’s all settled now.”

“Really? Weren’t you worried?”

“I was. But it all worked out.”

Certainly, Kir was less likely to open up about his feelings than he used to be. It was clear that something had happened. Otherwise, he wouldn’t have come to me so quickly during the day. That said, he said he was fine, so it didn’t seem right for me to ask more questions.
