Chapter 11 Encountering a Scumbag

Luo Lingxing subconsciously turned around and saw a couple very familiar youths standing there. However, he was certain that he’s never seen these people before so they must be people the host knew.

“It really is Su Lingxing. I didn’t think he had the balls to appear in the Emperor Star again,” a a man who appeared to be their attendant said. His face was full of ridicule, like he caught a glimpse of an unmentionable person or something. 

Su Lingxing was the host’s previous name. However, after he was taken away by the Luo Family, he changed his name to Luo Lingxing. Moreover, Luo Lingxing just so happened to be his name 1 , so he was very happy with it and didn’t want to change it.

“It’s Luo Lingxing,” he reminded them that his current name was Luo Lingxing. Su Lingxing already passed away.

“What?” those men obviously didn’t understand.

“My name is Luo Lingxing. Su Lingxing’s already dead,” Luo Lingxing calmly said.

“Haha… Did you think I wouldn’t recognize you if you changed your last name? Su Lingxing, I didn’t think you’d have the balls to appear in the Emperor Star again. Don’t you feel ashamed of getting kicked out of the family,” Su Lingping ridiculed.

“That’s not my family.” Luo Lingxing wasn’t incorrect. The Su Family indeed wasn’t his family. It didn’t have anything to do with him. The one relating to them, Su Lingxing, was already killed by them.

“True, you’ve already been kicked out, so of course it isn’t your family anymore. Well? Wasn’t the former young master Su very impressive? How did you suddenly become some pitiful stray dog without a family?” Su Lingping mocked with disdain. His hate-filled eyes had a flash of jealousy and elatedness. 

That’s correct. He hated Su Lingxing. He was clearly the second young master of the Su Family and was only younger than Su Lingxing by a year, but Su Lingxing was the one that the Su Family set on a pedestal and he was the illegitimate child that was yelled at and beaten. Even though his mother eventually married into the Su Family, and his status rose, the title as a bastard child still followed him. He was unlikely to get rid of that title even after a lifetime.

Although no one dares say it out loud, he knows that a lot of people looked down on him behind his back.

He was always compared to Su Lingxing ever since he was young. 

Su Lingxing was a child star. There were many people who liked him. Everyone who saw Su Lingxing would praise him, and yet they never saw all the effort he, Su Lingping 2 , put in. Why was that?

It was only because Su Lingxing was cute and loveable when he was young and he was a famous child star, but did that mean he, Su Lingping, deserved to sink into the background?

Fortunately, when they tested for the start of their systems at the age of eighteen, he awakened a high grade system: a celebrity system. On the other hand, Su Lingxing didn’t awaken a system at all. He felt extremely carefree at that time. Every cell and pore in his body was comfortably expanding. He didn’t feel as pleased even when he heard that Su Lingxing was kicked out of the family.

See, your title isn’t everything. You’ll always get the retribution owed to you. He just never imagined that he would reappear on the Emperor Star after disappearing for a year.

“Xiao Ping 3 , why are you standing at the door? Didn’t you say you wanted to buy a car?” A  gentle voice sounded. It wasn’t hard to hear the doting and intimate tone this voice had for Su Lingping.

Luo Lingxing’s body suddenly shuddered. He knows that this isn’t his own bodily instinct, but a remnant that the host left on his body.
