The doctor clasped his palms and smiled. “What a valiant character!”

For the man, though, he was looking at her overt pale face and ashen lips…

Her two lip flaps would normally be tenderly pinkish and moist.

How can she still brag that it isn’t painful when her bodily reactions are saying otherwise?
