Chapter 48: Become A Servant Unwillingly 2

“Send the guest out.” Ye Ming waved his hands after speaking briefly to Yang Yuxi. He Min nodded and gestured respectfully at Yang Yuxi. “Miss Yang, please take your leave.” Yang Yuxi did not leave right away. She knew that she had no chance of winning. Given Ye Ming’s power and authority, she would only lose to him.

“Ye Ming, what do you want?” Yang Yuxi said through clenched teeth. “Are you not going to leave? Could it be that you are crazy about me?” Ye Ming teased her. Yang Yuxi gritted her teeth in anger, but she did not bicker with him, instead, she said in a low voice, “What do you want? Stop beating about the bush.”

“I only want you to compensate me for those items that you have broken.” Ye Ming smiled. “I don’t believe that you go to this extent to bring me here just to demand compensation from me. You know that I don’t have that much money.” Yang Yuxi rolled her eyes. “Just tell me what you want.”

Ye Ming snapped his fingers and He Min turned to leave before coming back with a document, passing it to Yang Yuxi. The latter took it and read it under Ye Ming’s gaze.

“Servant agreement!” Yang Yuxi took a glance at the agreement and exclaimed in shock, glaring angrily at Ye Ming. “Ye Ming, what do you mean by giving me this agreement?”

“I meant it literally,” Ye Ming replied. “Y… you want me to be your servant?” Yang Yuxi asked in disbelief. She became even more agitated at his tacit admittance to his intentions. “Impossible. I will never agree to it.” He must be daydreaming to want her to be his servant. She would agree to it over her dead body.

“Well, then I shall see you in court tomorrow,” Ye Ming said. “Fine, let’s settle it in court. I don’t believe that I will lose.” Yang Yuxi refused to admit defeat. However, although she said so, she was uncertain. “Even if you win the lawsuit, I will not compensate you, not even a single cent. You are the one who plotted against me. What I did was merely self-defense.”

“It seems that you are thinking of acting dumb,” Ye Ming said devilishly. “Whatever. Anyway, I won’t compensate you,” Yang Yuxi said. “You are the first person who dares to act shamelessly in front of me.” Ye Ming smirked, lowering his gaze as if muttering to himself. “Your parents are educated. I wonder whether they will disown you after learning that their daughter has to face a lawsuit because she seduced a man.”

“I did not seduce you. Stop making slanderous charges against me,” Yang Yuxi said. “Is that so? I don’t think the judge will agree with you.” Ye Ming was full of confidence as he muttered to himself again, “The two elders have a pitiful life. They have worked hard and behaved properly for their entire lives but have to be looked down upon by others because of their daughter’s indecent behavior. They even have to pay off the huge debts for the rest of their lives. By the way, you have a younger brother and he is still in university. He could have a bright future, but is now implicated by his sister, and is burdened by a lifelong debt.”

“What are you going to do with them? Let me warn you. Don’t do anything to them!” Yang Yuxi shot daggers with her eyes. “Nothing. Since you said that you won’t pay me, I will have to ask them to compensate.” Ye Ming blinked while he muttered. “Given my power, I wonder whether they will submit to me?”

“You are so mean.” Yang Yuxi glared at Ye Ming menacingly, enunciating each and every word. “Thank you for your compliment,” Ye Ming leaned forward next to Yang Yuxi’s ear and said in a low voice before he lifted her chin with one hand. “I will give you a night to consider.”
