The biochemical plant was located in a building that was recently constructed with ten floors.

The perimeter of the building was surrounded by numerous rust-stained steel frames and green nets. Compared to modern times, this place seemed extremely run down. The steel frames were rusty, and the tattered protective nets were hanging off the frames.
