Chapter 2: Slaying a Powerful Enemy

After one whole day, Adams walked out of the spring. The spring water behind him had turned pitch-black and had completely lost its effect. His body had become tall and upright, as if he had been reborn.

Adams was even more delighted and asked, “This is only the basic function? What other functions are there?”

“There are indeed other functions!”

A huge spider covered in crimson stripes spread open its eight legs that were more than ten metres long, and covered the entire sky as it descended.

“Weakness Two: It’s field of vision only stays at eye level!”

“Weakness Three: Its abdomen is extremely vulnerable and lacks protection!”

At that moment, the system’s voice sounded again and it marked all of the Crimson Spider’s weaknesses for Adams.

Adams smiled. He did not expect the system to be so user-friendly. Regardless of whether he was a coward or a tough cookie, it would coordinate with him in time. He could not help but feel more confident!

“Come on, Beast! Watch how I teach you a lesson!”

Adams instantly had an idea and confidently dashed forward.

Seeing that Adams had moved forward, the Crimson Spider immediately swung its front legs and prepared to meet his attack.

The Crimson Spiderseemed to sense Adams’ provocation and rushed toward him.

Adams raised his hand and drove the spider leg into the ground, revealing only the tip of the blade-like leg. Then, he quickly retreated.
