After hearing such a crisp refusal, Lin Yi smiled, unhurriedly pointed at the old equipment in front of him, and said:

“As long as you pass my assessment, I can offer you a base salary of fifty thousand yuans a month, and if there are research results, we can settle that additionally.”

Without waiting for Li Zirui to reply, Lin Yi continued:

“Don’t rush to refuse, let me finish first.

Though I don’t know what you’re currently researching, I can promise that your first project at the company will be your current research.

And once the research is done, the results will belong to you.”

“Are you serious? You’re offering me a monthly salary of fifty thousand yuan, plus giving me equipment and funding to work on my project, which will eventually be mine?”

First, I’ll test your abilities, and only if you meet my criteria will we move forward.

Second, you’ll have just two months for your research project.
