Han Bing looked around and noticed a gigantic tree beside the window of Xu Wan’s room. He hesitated for a while before he took off his jacket. Then, he jumped towards the tree from the rock.

“Ah—” Xu Wan screamed in fright. Then she frantically covered her mouth.

“What’s wrong, Miss Xu?” the guard outside asked.

“I’m fine. I’m changing my clothes. Don’t come in.” Xu Wan’s voice trembled slightly. When she heard no movement outside, she looked at Han Bing. “Do you want to die?!”

The sunlight fell on the window lattice, bathing half of Xu Wan’s body in the pale golden rays. Her attire differed greatly from her plain ones in the outside world. She appeared luxurious and elegant, like a young lady from a wealthy family. Han Bing was stunned. When he regained his senses, he smiled and said, “Yes, I don’t care if I die. I only want you!”

Xu Wan blushed. She did not know how to reply.

“Give me your hand, I’ll catch you!” Han Bing reached out his hand to Xu Wan.

Xu Wan looked at Han Bing in surprise. “Aren’t you worried he will take revenge on you?”
