Kan Chen sent Qin Yue home.

Her father, Qin Ze, lashed out at her, “How dare you create a scene in front of the reporters?! Do you know what kind of backlash you will receive if the masses saw your face? The mention of her deceased mother angered Qin Ze, and he hit her viciously with his walking stick.

Later on, Qin Yue met Xiao Yu, who pretended to be in love with her. She firmly believed that she had found love, and could lead a normal life.
