Ming Siran picked up his chopsticks without looking up at her, and said, “I heard from Uncle that you’ve decided to leave the entertainment circle and join the family business. Have you finally arrived at your dead end in the circle?”

Ming Siran started to chuckle. His voice was seductive and his dark eyes looked straight at her without avoidance.

The man was in a crisp white shirt and had exquisite features with his well-defined eyes that were fixed on her. Somewhat unconsciously, Luo Qiao’s heart skipped a beat. She withdrew herself quickly before making contact and hissed angrily, “You’ll only dirty my hands!”

After Ming Siran held her gaze for a few more seconds, a faint smile crossed his lips.

Their relationship went back a long time since they were children. Luo Qiao and Ming Siran grew up together. But the older Ming Siran got, the more evil he became, at the same time attracting scores of girls. As a person who was attracted to superficial beauty, Luo Qiao fell prey to his good looks.

She finally snagged him in their junior high years.
