Chapter 831: 417, Death God

Upon hearing this, Tom Hanks nodded. Meanwhile, standing beside profiler Emily Johnson, forensic scientist Sofia White confidently placed an arm around Emily Johnson’s shoulder and said, “Don’t worry, with me here, not a single clue left on the body will escape my notice. Tom believed that murder was supposed to be straightforward and direct; spending a lot of time creating mechanisms to kill was far less efficient than a straight stab.

Police aren’t fools. Killing so many people, how could the police be oblivious?

So, to him, the Dark Law Enforcer only fabricated evidence that appeared plausible to satisfy his own bloodthirsty desire.

But now, when Tom truly faced the threat of the Dark Law Enforcer, all the disdain and thoughts of him being a liar instantly turned into fear, a profound fear of death.

This fear was even more intense than when the police found him.

Outside the interrogation room stood all the police officers from the North Suburb station. Their expressions were tense, eyes darting around cautiously, as if the Dark Law Enforcer was Death God, ready to appear silently at any moment.

Alicia Linder was standing in the yard, talking with Chief David. Seeing Jack come out, she walked over.

“Didn’t I tell you to return to the officer’s dormitory? Why are you still here? Hurry and leave, no matter what happens, don’t come out,” Alicia Linder instructed sternly, fixing her gaze on Jack.

However, at this moment, an appalling scream suddenly echoed from Interrogation Room No. 1. Following this, the room’s door was violently thrown open, and a young officer, his face covered in blood, rushed out from inside.

Aix, wiping the blood off his face, calmly replied, “It was all a coincidence. Following the chief’s orders, I attempted to take Adam to a designated location, but he suddenly fell. I tried to pull him, and then he was dead.”
