I was stunned. This Saint Heaven Token was left for me by Pearl but based on the current game progression, the Heaven Emperor should refer to Huang Emperor. This made sense, if not why would they look like it as if a god had descended?

Pearl should not have known about this, if not she could have used this to call for help.
