On this day, he boarded a spacecraft alone to go to the moon. From Earth to the moon, the sub-light-speed spacecraft took only about five minutes.

On the way, Qin Hao took a moment to open the system store. The system had long been updated, but he had hardly checked it since returning home.

He skimmed through it and saw that the highest-level starship currently in the store was of B-level, two levels higher than D-level, and significantly more powerful.

“King,” they greeted him respectfully. Yun Ya was among them, standing at the front, as she was the Deputy Chief Star Officer of the moon.

They surrounded him and entered the conference room of the Moon Federal Government office building.

Everyone nodded in agreement, taking notes and recording every word on their communicators for later study.

He continued, “We should encourage business development. For a planet or a country to prosper, commerce must thrive. In the future, the Galaxy Federation will connect with the interstellar community to promote commercial prosperity. There are many areas where we need to emulate interstellar nations…”

Qin Hao spoke at length, and everyone listened attentively. When he finished, he asked, “Does anyone have anything to add?”

The Moon’s Chief Star Officer was Xu Jiejian, Xu Siyao’s uncle.

Xu Jiejian was experienced, having previously managed Jianghai City. If not for Qin Hao’s sudden rise, he might have had a chance to enter the center of power.

He spoke, “King, I learned online that slavery exists in the interstellar community. Should we also learn from this?”

He offered many good suggestions, which Qin Hao agreed to.

Finally, Qin Hao turned to the Elf Queen Yun Ya and asked, “How do you find handling these administrative matters, Queen Yun Ya? Are you familiar with them?”

Yun Ya nodded slightly, “With Xu overseeing and everyone’s help, I have become familiar with the situation here. King, I will not disappoint your trust.”

Qin Hao said, “Do well; otherwise, I will have to act according to federal law.”

“Don’t worry, King. I will do my best,” Yun Ya replied solemnly.

Afterward, everyone reported their recent achievements to Qin Hao.

The meeting lasted just over an hour, and after it ended, people gradually left to return to their work.

Soon, only Yun Ya, Xu Jiejian, and Qin Hao were left.

Qin Hao spoke, “Mr. Xu, I will be leaving Earth in a few days. While I am gone, I hope you will manage the moon well. Do not let me and Si Yao down.”

Xu Jiejian understood his message and nodded slightly, “Don’t worry about Xiao Hao’s family here.”

Qin Hao nodded slightly, “I will take a walk around the moon to see the situation of the Elf Clan.”

Yun Ya and Qin Hao left the Federal Government office building together. They got into an air energy car and began to tour Moon City.

Moon City was the largest city on the moon, named after the moon itself. About 80% of the residents were elves, and approximately 20% were humans.

There were many other cities on the moon, mostly inhabited by elves.

In the car, Yun Ya smiled and said, “King, during my time here, I have investigated the elves’ living conditions. Xu and his team have done a great job. The elves’ lives here are even better than on the Elf Planet.”

“As long as you are satisfied, Queen Yun Ya. This is just the beginning; things will get even better.”

After touring Moon City for over an hour, Qin Hao and Yun Ya traveled to Zhenxing City, hundreds of miles away. Along the way, they saw numerous fields and trees.

These improved agricultural plants would produce abundant food, alleviating any concerns about shortages.

There were fewer roads between the two cities than before, as everything now relied on air energy cars for transportation.

Qin Hao spent the whole day on the moon, visiting dozens of major cities and examining the local situations in detail.

In each city, he and Yun Ya would disguise themselves and gather firsthand information.

Many things could be seen in satellite surveillance videos, but some needed to be examined on the ground. Around 6 PM, they returned to Yun Ya’s residence in Moon City– a rather large private estate.
