Lei was severely injured again, vomiting more blood and fainted.

Meng Zisu was livid. “How can you beat a child, Ke Yanhuai? What kind of person are you?”

Meng Zisu was so shocked that she felt as though she was struck by lightning. Her delicate face turned pale, and her lips trembled slightly.

Meng Zisu desperately tried to explain, but neither her father nor Ke Yanhui believed her. In fact, Ke Yanhui even slapped her in public and directly announced the annulment of their engagement.
