Chapter 58: Using the Same Trick Against Her

Tang Li still remembered how she felt when she was dragged to the bed.

She felt nothing else but a deep fear and the feeling of disgust.

The room was dimly lit. Her neck was being tightly trapped.

The man was on top of her. Although Xia Lang had mental problems, he was still a physically normal grown man. His body started to react when Tang Li struggled for freedom under him. He could feel her soft skin and the light scent of her body.

When Li Wenyan and the Xia family had rushed to the bedroom, the cloth in front of her chest was already torn apart and Xia Lang had unzipped his pants.

It was a messy and dirty scene.

Then, Li Yuan’er said weakly, “I had called for my sister so many times but she didn’t want to open the door. So, I had no choice but to go downstairs and look for my father.”

The perpetrator had escaped just by those few words.

Tang Li still remembered distinctly the slap Li Wenyan had given her even after she had been reincarnated.

He was not sad but greatly disappointed in her.

It seemed like Tang Li had finally found the reason why she went to the Xia family that night.

By now, Li Yuan’er was standing in front of a bedroom. “Go ahead and call Brother Xia Lang. I need to go to the washroom.”

When Tang Li approached the door, Li Yuan’er had retreated a few steps quietly. Suddenly, another hand had moved onto the door when she tried to close the door. She looked up in surprise and saw Tang Li’s faint smile.

Then, Tang Li grabbed onto her hand.

When she recovered her senses, she had already been pushed into the bedroom.

Boom! The door closed behind her.

Li Yuan’er turned around and tried her best to open the door. But, she did not manage to do it. She had no choice but to hit against the door vigorously. “Tang Li! Open up! Did you hear me?”

But, it was dead silence on the other side of the door.

She was outraged and she wanted to threaten that bitchy illegitimate daughter. But, she soon saw a dark figure behind her from the corner of her eyes.

Li Yuan’er was deeply frightened at that moment.

Before she could call for help, her mouth was already covered by someone!

“Hmm!” No matter how hard she struggled for freedom, the man behind her had now easily dragged her onto the bed.

Li Yuan’er wanted to scream but the man covered her mouth again.

Her eyes narrowed slightly in the dark. She found it hard to breathe with her mouth and nose covered.

By now, the man who weighed 75 kg had sat down on her stomach. He almost broke her bones. She kicked at her feet vigorously but the man remained motionless on top of her.

The man was infuriated by her noise. He grasped her neck tightly and his breathing became heavy.

Li Yuan’er’s face became flushed from the suffocation.

Fear engulfed her like the flood.

Tang Li focused her full attention on enjoying a natural oil painting on the wall outside of the bedroom.

Two minutes went by.

She recovered her senses and turned to go down the stairs.

The dining hall was filled with happy laughter.

Madam Xia noticed Tang Li first. Then, she looked behind Tang Li but she saw neither her son nor Li Yuan’er. She smiled and asked her, “Are Yuan’er and my son lacking behind you?”

The other three people turned and looked at Tang Li when they heard that.

Tang Li replied with an affirmative and sat beside Madam Xia. “Yuan’er didn’t allow me to go into the bedroom. She has asked me to come downstairs first and that she will ask him to come down herself.”

Although her voice was weak, both Li Wenyan and his wife heard her clearly.

Ou Yangqian was leaning back and drinking her red wine at the moment. But, she froze when she heard what Tang Li had said.

If Li Wenyan was unaware of Xia Lang’s condition, surely Ou Yangqian was aware of it.

Suddenly, they heard the sound of a lamp being smashed onto the floor upstairs.

The dining room soon fell into a deep silence.

Madam Xia knew about her son’s condition very well.

If he was annoyed, he would surely smash the entire bedroom into pieces. It was normal even if he hurt anybody.
