After school, I went to the back of the school building where we had agreed to meet up.

I couldn’t stop wondering as to why we were meeting there. But, I decided not to think too much about it. I had almost arrived there when I heard voices of some people talking.

“Neiro-san, will you go out with me?”

The voice was that of the ace of the basketball team.

He is the most handsome guy in his grade. I quietly peeked at them from behind the school building, hiding myself of course.

I saw Neiro-san being confessed to by that guy. I felt tense for some reason.

Will Neiro-san say ‘okay’ to his proposal? I wonder why, when I think about Neiro-san going on a date with that guy, my heart stings sharply.

“I am sorry, I already have a crush on someone, so I can’t go out with you.”

*Pilon* (sfx: A ringing sound)

“Ha? What is that noise?”

“Right now, your voice is getting recorded into my smartphone. If you don’t want me to submit this recording to the school authorities, can you disappear to someplace? Also stay away from Neiro-san forever in future at all costs. okay~”

On threatening him in that manner, he clicked his tongue and walked away.

I am never going to forget about a guy like him.

“Neiro-san, are you alright?”

“Fufu~ I’m completely fine. As I would expect from Sorata-kun.”

“Eh? What does that mean?”

“You know, I intentionally called Sorata-kun over here.”

“?”
