Just like it suggested, what he should do is have this Thunder God from the Mortal Realm find a way to complete his own fragmented bloodline.

By possessing a bloodline truly worthy of a ‘king’ and offering its secrets to the Abyss, he would then win the favor of the Will of Tartarus and become a genuine, fitting [Demon Prince].
