“How many people are there?” The guard asked, immediately aware of the extraordinary aura emanating from the group.

The person in the lead reached out for his waist token and presented it. The guard examined it, bowed respectfully, and opened the gate, inviting them in. He then whispered to another guard, instructing him to deliver a message inside.

The City Lord was walking towards the courtyard, wondering if the sect’s people, whom Young Master Xuanyuan had mentioned, would actually arrive after so many days.

As he pondered, he saw the housekeeper hurrying towards him. “What’s wrong? Why the panic?” he asked.

“Master, master, the Immortal Sect, the Immortal Sect’s people are here,” the butler said, his breath slightly labored.

The City Lord’s expression brightened. “Have tea prepared immediately. I’ll personally welcome them,” he said, adjusting his robes and walking forward.

Halfway there, he encountered the group. Upon seeing them, he bowed and greeted, “I didn’t expect it to be the Sect Master himself. I’m truly honored. Please come inside.”

“Heh heh, City Lord Gong, it’s a pleasure,” the Sect Master replied, returning the salute and walking with him.

Upon reaching the hall and settling down, the Sect Master introduced his companions. “These are the Second Elder and the Third Elder, and these are our sect’s Peak Masters. We rushed here after hearing the rumors. We need to confirm if they are true.”

“They are indeed true,” the City Lord confirmed. “The young masters are currently staying at my manor, accompanied by a Super Sacred Beast level Silver Wolf.”

“Oh? It’s really true? Then they must be from the upper realm,” the Sect Master said, his eyes filled with surprise. “Do you know how they arrived here? And from where in the Upper Realm?”

“I do not. How about I have them come here and speak for themselves?” the City Lord suggested, about to call the butler.

The Sect Master paused, looking at the elders. “Perhaps we should meet them instead. City Lord, would you please introduce us?”

The City Lord agreed. “Very well, gentlemen, this way please.”

Hao’er was guiding Muchen and Muyue in their cultivation in the courtyard. Seventeen stood beside him, and Silver Wolf watched from the side. Sensing their approach, Silver Wolf turned and snorted.

Hao’er and the others stopped and looked towards the entrance.

Moments later, the City Lord led the group to the courtyard entrance. “Young Master Xuanyuan, the sect’s Sect Master, the two Elders, and the two Peak Masters are here.”

“Please come in,” Seventeen said, welcoming them.

The sect members entered the courtyard, their gaze immediately drawn to the Silver Wolf. They were shocked to see the rumors of a Super Sacred Beast confirmed.

The Silver Wolf, though seemingly relaxed, exuded an aura that commanded respect.

They quickly averted their gaze and looked at the three children, surprised by their striking appearances and noble bearing, which clearly indicated extraordinary origins.
