Chapter 51: I’m Going To Kill The Bastard

“Get me the key.” Leng Ruobing ordered decisively.

“This…” Shen Xin was a little unwilling.

“Aunt Leng, Qianyu’s emotions were very unstable now. We should let her calm down first,” Qiao Qing said softly.

“Yes. Let’s not agitate her,” Lei Lie advised cautiously.

“Bring it here,” Leng Ruobing ordered again.

The three of them looked at each other then finally, Shen Xin passed the room’s key to Leng Ruobing.

Leng Ruobing told Lei Lie as she opened the door, “Please give us some space.”

“Oh. Okay, okay.” Lei Lie quickly backed out. He stood at the door with Si Hui like a pair of door gods.

Leng Ruobing used the key to open the room’s door and walked straight in. She saw Lan Qianyu huddled under the quilt shivering. Her eyes got red immediately. She had not seen her this fragile for many years. What actually happened last night that made her breakdown like this?

Leng Ruobing didn’t dare to wonder. She didn’t ask gently like other mothers, instead she questioned her severely, “Zhu Min was telling me earlier that Xiao Qi and your wedding was cancelled. The bride was changed to Bai Lu at the last minute. What’s going on?”

Lan Qianyu didn’t answer and still kept her head under the quilt.

“Is it because of Xiao Han?” Leng Ruobing continued to question closely, “Did Xiao Han hurt you again? What did he do to you?”

Leng Ruobing’s voice was quivering when she asked the last sentence. She was hoping that her guess wasn’t accurate.

“Get out…” Lan Qianyu finally spoke. Her tone revealed her agitation.

Not only did Leng Ruobing remain in the room, but she also went forward to pull away the quilt. She pulled Lan Qianyu up forcefully, “Get up for me. Get up!”

“Go away, go away!” Lan Qianyu was struggling and screaming hysterically like a lunatic with a mental breakdown.

“What happened to your hand?” Leng Ruobing discovered Lan Qianyu’s right hand was fractured. She quickly pulled her hand over to inspect her injury.

“Don’t touch me. Let me go!” Lan Qianyu struggled crazily. She was resisting physical touch from anybody, including her mother. But, her collar was loosened when she struggled. Leng Ruobing saw the shocking lovebites on her neck and collarbones. She was stupefied instantly. She grabbed her shoulders, shook repeatedly and interrogated, “What’s this? What’s this? What’s this? Why are you going out with Xiao Han the night before you are getting married?? Don’t you have any self-respect?”

“Yes, I have no self-respect, that’s why I was raped. Are you satisfied now?” Lan Qianyu blurted out.

Leng Ruobing was so shocked that her eyes and mouth were wide open. Qiao Qing, who was standing at the room’s door watching, widened her eyes in a shock and tears began to fall. Shen Xin looked at Lan Qianyu in a daze. Rape? Was it Xiao Han? It was impossible, impossible…

Lei Lie was also shocked to hear these words outside the main door. He absolutely couldn’t believe his ears.

The ambience became very tense. Leng Ruobing only regained her wits after a long time. She didn’t say a single word, just turned and strode off. She was making a call as she walked away. She said with a murderous voice, “It doesn’t matter what method you use, bring Xiao Han to me right now, Kai!”

“Hey, it’s not us…” Si Hui intended to explain, but the elevator’s doors were already closed. She turned and looked at Lan Qianyu, who had already fainted due to the agitation. Shen Xin and Qiao Qing were trying to find a phone to call a doctor in a frenzy.

“This bastard, Xiao Han. I’m going to kill him.” Lei Lie said, clenching his teeth, and then rushed out.

Si Hui was stunned. Why did everyone say Xiao Han did it when he wasn’t the culprit?
