Chapter 26: Eavesdropping

‘The engagement party was around the corner.

The butler had sent the dress up early. It was beautiful. Even the embroidery on it was embroidered with gold thread. It was very big and heavy. I did not even know if I could carry it.

As soon as Andrew returned to Alex Manor, he went into the study.
