Chapter 1435: Chapter 996: He Has the Force of Origin of Chaos

Ange and the others were witnessing someone charging through the Void for the first time, the momentum akin to Harvey’s assault on Holy Wall City; with each step leaving a mark, they ran across the Void.

“Aw?” Little Ghost blinked blankly, then inflated like a balloon, its shape becoming bulky and strong, seemingly asking Ange whether to fight or not.

Little Sapling also let out a “ya.”

Ange responded with an “aw.”

Little Ghost uttered an “oh,” then returned to cling onto Ange’s finger, but the entire Heaven’s Fortress had started moving, swiftly bypassing the Divine Hammer Plane, glowing as it flew further into the Void.

The size of the Divine Hammer Plane was almost similar to that of Heaven’s Fortress; it could not be completely hidden anyway. From afar, Feodor could see the glowing edge of Heaven’s Fortress and immediately his soul shouted, “It has spotted us, quick, don’t let it escape.”

All Mourning Undead Soldiers’ spirits involuntarily lifted, pursuing relentlessly until they finally caught up, despite several occurrences where the glow died, causing everyone to be anxious lest it would not light up again.

Now that they had barely caught up and the other party seemed to recognize them too, Feodor couldn’t hold back anymore.

Heaven’s Fortress had already accelerated past the Divine Hammer Plane to escape, and naturally, they took the direct route over the Divine Hammer Plane to chase in a straight line. Hence, the Mourning Undead Soldiers collectively charged onto the Divine Hammer Plane, speeding up on solid ground.

Someone stepped on the Black Crystal of the ground and exclaimed in surprise, “My Lord, it’s Black Crystal, there’s Black Crystal here.”

“Don’t get distracted, let’s deal with Light Point Fortress first and then come back to collect it,” shouted Feodor.

Then there was no ‘then’. When they stepped onto a relatively flat terrain, they suddenly felt emptiness underfoot, a step into the void, boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions of souls, souls being frozen solid, and soul-piercing screams emerged simultaneously, all traps targeted at the Undead.

At the moment Feodor and his men were stunned and confused, the ground around them flipped, and countless figures with shadowy auras emerged and charged towards them.

Feodor only had time to shout, “Spirit Warriors! Break through!” before getting smashed in the face by a hammer.

The Chaos Swordsman wielding the Longsword, with red sword aura flickering, slashed down as someone swinging a hammer swung it over, while a Mage cast several red Hands of the Mage to pull back anyone attempting to escape.

Ange and his group had already teleported back to their airship, watching the showdown. Seeing this, Negris couldn’t help but comment, “The Power of Chaos is so cheat-worthy, the Lord of Mourning isn’t that weak, no wonder the Old Immortal was…”

“No, no, those aren’t the Lord of Mourning,” Negris always seized the chance to bring up His Majesty’s dark history. Durken, an old man from the previous dynasty couldn’t bear it anymore and quickly interjected, “Do they have Feiti’s Flash? Luther’s Annihilation Boundary? Harvey’s waist disc?”

“That’s true, one flash from Feiti would make them disappear, an Annihilation Boundary from Luther would break their coordination. Haven’t seen these Mourning Undead Soldiers using skills, can’t they? But what is Harvey’s waist disc skill?” Negris asked curiously.

Durken spread his hands, “How do I know, I’m not familiar with him, wasn’t it you who named him?”

Seeing them digressing, Anthony promptly pulled them back, “So these Undead Soldiers are just Mourning Bones without skills, they’ll feel terrible against enemies with the Power of Chaos because it can break their defense. In the Master Plane, only a Sword Saint like Luther could harm Mourning Bones, but here, even a Great Swordsman can do damage, once surrounded, they’re doomed.”

“These aren’t ordinary Swordsmen; they treat Heroic Spirits as Divine Souls, each one a Spirit Warrior. Heroic Spirits can be used this way? Had I known, I would’ve taught those two fools in my house Heroic Spirit Possession,” remarked Negris regretfully.

Each human had a phantom hovering over them, like a piece of armor or apparatus covering their bodies, significantly enhancing their combat capabilities, whether Swordsmen or Wizards, it was almost like possessing a Divine Soul.

Divine Souls still need the power of Gods to enhance, these Heroic Spirits totally bypass the middleman, a group of Heroic Spirits possessing individuals, each gaining an increase in combat power.

The only downside might be that everyone has to train together, fostering the same Heroic Spirit.

Given the numerical disadvantage and falling into a trap, Feiodor’s Mourning Undead Soldiers were almost defeated in one fell swoop.

Seeing such a result, Negris was somewhat unconvinced and said, “So weak, no wonder the Divine Light Alliance was beaten back. But why don’t the Mourning Skeletons have Origin Power? It’s so unfair.”

Who knows the answer to this question? Although Origin has many types, absence means absence.

“They have started cleaning up; should we go down? Should we call back Little Ghost?” Negris asked.

Durken asked, “How do we turn against them? We are outnumbered; it seems we can’t beat them.”

Anthony replied, “Teleport back, burn their Royal City, draw them back for support, and then burn their base as well. The last time the silver coin was at their base, a large amount of Illusion Grass spores were spread around. It might not affect the Spirit Warriors much, but it has a significant effect on ordinary people. After drawing away the Spirit Warriors, hallucinating the minds of ordinary people will make them burn down the base themselves.”

To prevent Orgal from turning against them later, Anthony made contingency plans–even if they couldn’t retrieve silver coin’s body, they wanted to teach them a lesson.

However, Negris thoughtfully said, “It seems that we didn’t see Feil Lie’s Queen and Orgal take action; could it be that they are also cautious about us?”

Silver coin returned to the airship unharmed, and both sides’ cooperation thus concluded successfully amidst mutual caution.

Once he had some free time, Ange finally managed to deal with the Divine Hammer Plane. He cleaned the surface soil of the Divine Hammer Plane, collected all Black Crystal, and threw it into the inner space from the tunnels.

Negris said displeasedly, “Do you think he’s digging for Black Crystal? No, he’s actually digging soil.”

Cleaning up the Black Crystal cleanly, the remaining topsoil could naturally be used for planting.

While Ange was happily transforming the soil, a middle-aged man dragging a long string of coffins floated by from the direction of the Boundless Space Hole, and looking at Ange in astonishment, asked, “You… Are you farming?”

Ange had already spotted this middle-aged man and immediately alerted everyone; they all gathered around, looking at this ‘lively’ human, equally astonished.

“Undead? So lively? What’s going on? Are they with the Mourning Undead Soldiers?” Negris asked softly.

Ange suddenly said, “He has, the Power of Chaos.”

“What? The Force of Origin of Chaos? It’s on him?” Negris asked in shock. He had just complained that the Mourning Undead Soldiers lacking Origin Power was unfair, and now suddenly there was a ‘lively’ Undead with Origin Power?

“Who are you?” Anthony asked loudly.
