“Just a fever, and it’s that serious?” Sylvan furrowed his brow.

“Mr. Cheney, it’s because Miss Yale’s will to live is so weak. After the fever, she’s been in a state of exhaustion. She doesn’t really want to wake up.”

“Is it serious?”

“It’s not particularly serious, but if we want to wait for Miss Yale to wake up, we’ll probably need at least another twenty-four hours of observation.”
