Then, her head drooped, looking like she had done something wrong.

Zhou Ping took a flyer from the little girl’s hand to look; it was a flyer for a major store’s grand customer appreciation event.

“How much do you make a day?” Zhou Ping asked.

“Fifty…” the little girl’s voice was pitifully soft.

“What made you decide to do this?”

“My roommate said she was handing out flyers, and I thought I was free too, so I came along.”

“How long is your break at noon?”

“Half an hour.”

“When do you start your break?”

“At twelve.”

“Okay, then continue with your work, and wait for me in that restaurant at twelve. I’ll come over after I’m done with business,” he said, giving her back the flyer he held.

Mo Yaoyao just glanced at the restaurant in front of her.

She was currently handing out flyers in front of a high-end restaurant.

Zhou Ping ruffled her head like she was a small child before he left.

The cooperation talks went smoothly and ended before twelve, and the CEO even invited him to lunch, which Zhou Ping politely declined, saying he had other matters to attend to. He then sent the assistant away and went to the opposite restaurant, ordered a meal in advance, so the little girl could eat right away when she arrived.

She only had a half-hour break, but fortunately, the little girl was just outside the restaurant, not too far away, allowing her to have a good meal.

“Yeah,” Mo Yaoyao answered softly, then picked up the knife and fork. It was a Western meal. Zhou Ping had already cut the steak into small pieces for her, which she could easily fork and eat.

She was smart and received many scholarships, apart from buying gifts for her family members, she seldom had any expenses. Plus, with every family member transferring money to her card, she couldn’t possibly be short of money.

Zhou Ping didn’t ask her if she was short of money, but asked instead, “Don’t want to go home?”

Then the little girl’s head dropped again.
