After pondering for a while, Boyd said with certainty, “It was Xaviera Evans.”

The assistant was speechless, thinking that Mrs. Mamet looked so fragile and weak, yet she managed to hurt Mr. Drew like this?

Inside the room, Boyd changed the subject, “Has the leader from the dark web arrived?”

The assistant replied, “They arrived long ago and are waiting outside.”

In a short while, the assistant brought in the siblings. Meredith started, “Mr. Drew, we’ve found the information you asked us to investigate. Cold Night is indeed dead, and he had no family, so you can use his paintings without any worry.”

Maria instantly understood her brother’s intention. Since Black Tide and Mortimer helped them, they would reciprocate by helping out the other party. Eventually, they could use Mortimer’s hand to deal with the Swift family, and Boyd would also be implicated, suffering significant losses.
