Winged Tiger Tribe was located in a remote part of Beast World. Since the area was too poor and backward, there were barely any healers.
Of all the tribes in their area, only Great Eagle Tribe in Beast City had a single healer!
If anyone from the other tribes needed treatment, they had to offer five large wild animals as consultation fees and see if the healer was willing to take the patient!
Other healers had emerged in the area before. However, Great Eagle Tribe wanted to monopolize the trade. Hence, if they failed to get the healer to join them, they would hunt them down!
