Once in the bedroom, Gu Xiuji, who was rarely “sitting” up today, was seated in a chair next to the bed.

On her knees was a small frame, and she was bent over, diligently embroidering something.

“Three hours?” Gu Xiuji was a bit surprised and laughed, saying, “I don’t feel tired at all.”

Then he turned to Xia Chuyi and said, “Xia Chuyi, you should head back now.”

“Okay,” Xia Chuyi nodded, understanding that Master Gu’s body couldn’t endure for too long.

“Master Gu, Professor Bao, I have a lot of classes tomorrow and won’t have time to come over.”
