Chapter 21 Stalking

Lu Qisheng smiled and said, “They’re all young. After Youyou gets divorced in a few years, if she is still destined to be with Muyu, they can be together then.”

At the train station, 1:20 A.M.

Lu Youyou listened to the various broadcasts at the train station. Finally, she saw a tall and familiar figure. She felt an inexplicable sense of security as he slowly approached.

Lu Youyou waved her fair hands and shouted excitedly. “Brother Muyu!”

Ge Muyu saw her at a glance. Not only because of her dazzling temperament, but the way she jumped in the crowd was already different from the rest.

Ge Muyu smiled helplessly. After taking two steps in her direction, he turned to look at the other girl beside him.

The girl had short hair and exquisite facial features. She had tanned skin and wore a long gray dress. She followed Ge Muyu like a little bird, looking at him from time to time.

Lu Youyou was stunned for a moment. She stopped jumping and shouting. Only then did she see that Ge Muyu was carrying two suitcases, one in army green and the other in pink.

Lu Youyou’s heart skipped a beat when she remembered that he had only asked her to book one room and told her not to come over.

Although Ge Muyu was older than her, he was only 22 years old. Could he have started living with his girlfriend?

Seeing her childhood sweetheart appear in front of her with another girl, Lu Youyou felt complicated. It was as if a little pet that she had taken care of for so long left just like that…

Feeling wronged, she stuffed the room card into Ge Muyu’s hand. She clenched her fists and said in a muffled voice. “I’m sorry for disturbing you. I’ll leave now. You guys continue!” What childhood sweetheart! He was so fierce to her the moment they met!

Lu Youyou was furious. She turned to leave, but a large hand grabbed her wrist.

Lu Youyou did not turn around. She pouted and looked aggrieved. “I’m angry! Come and coax me!” was plainly written all over her face.

Ge Muyu looked at her deeply and was about to speak when the girl beside him beat him to it. “You’re Brother Muyu’s sister, right? I heard that he has a sister called Ge Qiuyang. She’s two years younger than him. It must be you then! You’re so beautiful, just like Brother Muyu. You guys have good family genes.”

Lu Youyou did not speak nor turned around. How on earth does she think that they look alike? Was there something wrong with her

eyes?

“She’s not my sister.” Ge Muyu retained his hold on Lu Youyou’s hand. He glanced at the girl beside him and did not explain even though she looked confused. “There are taxis over there. Take a taxi back.” he said in a commanding tone instead.

Although Ge Muyu was young, the temperature of the surroundings seemed to drop when he turned serious.

“Oh, thank you, Brother Muyu.” The girl carried her heavy suitcase and turned to leave.

Only then did Lu Youyou turn around and looked at Ge Muyu in surprise. She said with a smile. “She’s not your girlfriend? You two don’t live together?”

Having grown up with Lu Youyou, Ge Muyu knew her too well. He rolled his eyes at her angrily. He dragged his suitcase with one hand and pulled her with the other, but his grip was less forceful as before.

As the two of them walked, Ge Muyu said, “She’s the daughter of a military doctor from our place. Since we were heading the same way, I just helped her carry her luggage for a while!”

“Oh!” Lu Youyou nodded.

“Are you hungry?” Ge Muyu asked.

“No, are you hungry?” Lu Youyou asked. “I ate on the train. I’m not hungry,” Ge Muyu replied. The two of them chatted. When they reached the roadside, the driver took the suitcase from Ge Muyu and said warmly, “Young Master Ge, long time no see.”

Ge Muyu paused for a moment. Seeing that this was the same driver of the Lu family in Jiang City, he smiled as well. “Long time no see…”

Nearby, a black Rolls-Royce was also parked at the curb.

As the Lu family’s car left, the black car followed suit.
